We perform high energy (yes, really) 100% improvised (yes really) comedy (yes, well, its more like hysteria on stage, but you get the idea) which is free of parenthesis! (um…).

Our show is an interactive comedy show based upon suggestions from the audience, where we take simple (or not so simple) ideas from the crowd, and turn them into scenes and skits that range from strange and hysterical to witty and sublime (if you don’t know what that is, please stop watching the Kardashians).

The Motley Players & PCT for National Arts and Humanities Month

Join us this Saturday, Oct. 22 as the players take the Black Box stage in a special family friendly performance supporting Plano Children’s Theatre in honor of National Arts and Humanities Month.

Return of the King…

The Motley Players are proud to announce that we are doing a return engagement of the “The Complete Works of William Shakespeare; Abridged!”.
Written by veteran performers Adam Long, Daniel Singer & Jess Winfield this is a wild ride of Shakespearean slapstick intermingled with lots of contemporary humor!
Its all of Shakespeare’s works compressed into a single theatrical rollercoster of comedy as presented by three theatrical misfits (which is why it suits MPIII so well).

We ran this play many years ago, and it was one of the Motley Players first works as a group.
