Two Down…
Yet another Scarby weekend is past…and what a weekend it was …rainy (see Rob’s post) cold and a lot of fun!
Beavis and Dave were wiped after their return from Second City (see their post) but hopped right back into it with lots of laughs and no more broken ribs (give beavis a hug if you see him…).
We worked on some of our new short form improv structures, and continued as working the bugs out of a few things. Leave us a few comments if you saw some of the new games, and let us know what you think!
- Try that on for size
- Evil Twin
- Its not you, its me.
- Magazine panel
- Three Things
Also, big congrats to Amanda S. who won our most recent free t-shirt drawing by joining our mailing list this weekend!!! Yeah!!!!
Finally, we are ironing out the details for some of our next shows in dallas, so stay tuned for info!
peace, love and laughs.

Try that on for size is a great starter game. Wannabes like me were playing along while we watched.
Evil Twin worked for me as well. The situation has got to be a good one though.
It’s not you, It’s me was another hit. We all have been in enough relationships to see the beauty in that one. Somehow I can see combining this game with Evil Twin; but that might be a more appropriate game to play when you do the after hours show later in the run.
Have you guys given up on the every response is a question game? I was reminded of this during the Try that on for size game.
Anyway – great job. I really like the new site.
Thanks for the comments ~ we have since brought back Question Story, or “every response is a question game” as you call it.
Evil twin is just …evil. You did call it right however, the relationship has to be a strong one, otherwise the characters can just fall flat.
“oo…pizza guy, I think your momma’s fat”
“um..thats nice, I still need $17…”

“Try that on for size” is my new favorite game. Good stuff.
If tomato is actually a fruit…how come there’s no tomato candy in fruit snacks? Think about it.
Just a thought.
See ya next weekend!
