Beavis – its more than just a name

Beavis

Brian, more commonly known as Beavis, is one of the founding members of the Motley Players III.  He has contributed to the group as an actor, improviser, host, writer and most recently, as a podcast personality.

In his ten year history of performing, Beavis has also taken his hand as an improvisational comedy instructor (with the Scarborough Academy of Performing Arts) for both new and veteran performers alike.

He was involved in a local production of “The Complete Works of William Shakespeare, Abridged” by the Reduced Shakespeare Company with the other two members of the Motley Players Three and has been performing with the premier improv group of San Antonio, the Oxymorons.

Beavis not only performs with the Oxymorons, a 20 year improv troupe, but is also involved in promotions, hosting and occassional set construction

When not performing, he likes hanging out with his cat, shopping antique and thrift stores and reading up on trivial, historical factoids. Oh…and drinking beer….
